Description
# Overview
This ticket could be split into several frontend and backend components, and would aim to build out the testimony entry action.
- [ ] Be able to have some testimony text styles like bullet points, bolded text, etc
- [ ] Be able to add images to testimony
- [ ] Be able to upload video / audio
# Scope
- [ ] Need to assess what can currently be done, and then create a ticket detailing what we'd like implemented, and then close this (#754) ticket
# Possible approaches
- [ ] Could implement rich text editor using React
- - [ ] Will need to link or replace current text entry component
