Description
## Problem
When you:
- Navigate to the Browse Testimony page on the Mobile view
- Click the tabs at the top (All / Users / Organizations)
- Notice that the testimony search results do not filter at all
Notably, the tabs on this page work as expected in the Desktop view and filter the search results correctly.
## Success Criteria
- [ ] Determine what is causing the Browse Testimony tabs to fail only in the Mobile view
- [ ] Fix the tabs so that they correctly filter search results in the Mobile view just like they do in the Desktop view.
