Admin - emails direct to Nathan/Matt

When certain events occur, an email should go to the the admin/moderators (Nathan/Matt). These events are:
1. Testimony is 'reported' and requires review
2. And organization signs up and needs approval.

The emails should at least state which of the above events has occurred. Ideally, it would also state:
1. For reports: who reported the testimony; and who posted the testimony that has been reported
2. For org sign-ups: the name of the organization and the name of the person that registered

@nesanders any thoughts here? Or preference on which email(s) receive these updates?
