Description
Goal of this feature is to: Audit current state of UI and determine if:
Expose overarching links out of hamburger menu in desktop resolution
Consider IA of links currently and if there is a way to make it more intuitive
Expose Universal Search UI and ensure its easily accessible (this will be a new UI version for after Launch feature prior to this new UI implementation most likely)
