Do we continue asking the user questions after they've been foundn ineligible?

Description
If the user chooses to continue after they've been told they're ineligible, do we skip to the end of the form?
Pros:
- They don't have to answer more questions
Cons:
- If we have a 'these are the reasons you got your result from this form' section, it'll be harder to express why some of those results are unknown because they may not have answered the necessary questions. Is it worth the confusing, considering... (see below).
- If they do want to see what other things would disqualify them, how would we make that possible?
Further considerations:
- There are not a ton of questions, so maybe it's not so painful to just ask all of them. Then again, if they're really checking all their records to get the most accurate answers for everything, each question might take a while.
