Description

This stems from a Google doc discussion about the text on the first page (titled "Can you seal your Massachusetts juvenile records?").

**Comment thread:**
1. Do we bring back the part about printing? [The printing instructions in the intro page]
1. I think this might be important for prepping people's expectations about what they need to do.
1. I second mentioning printing. Maybe something like "You will need to print the finished form. Your local library may have a printer you can use for this."
1. I had a second list of steps below this line before and I can try to bring it back. We have to wait on printing instructions till we actually know what instructions we're going to give - libraries will have issues with privacy. It's a whole discussion. Would you be willing/able to add this as an issue to the repo?

Research direction

Start with the first-page text titled "Can you seal your Massachusetts juvenile records?" and the intro-page printing instructions mentioned in the issue. Resolve what printing guidance is acceptable given the privacy concerns, then update the text so the finished form's printing requirements are clear.
