Present all criteria for juvenile sealing eligibility?

People might find it useful to know all the criteria that would keep them from being able to seal their records.

On the other hand, putting the text here would be duplicating information already has documented. Should we:

1. Just point them to the document that includes sealing criteria. It's already in the 'More resources' final page. Should it be called out separately?
2. Have a page of our own.

Review the existing “More resources” final page and the document that contains the sealing criteria. First resolve whether the project should link to that document or create its own page; done means the decision is reflected in the user-facing content and the criteria are easy to find.
