Description

- Pauline said that people would know if they have an open case
- Accepting that people wouldn't count probation
- Believe it is the court date
- Could be a place for contextual help
- "If I had a case I would know"
- Get more clarification from Pauline, though our recollection is "If I had a case I would know"
- Don't have to push on this one if we feel we've asked too much about this

Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is named. First resolve with Pauline whether the date means the court date and whether probation counts, then identify the affected case-date question flow. Done when the intended determination and any contextual-help wording are agreed and testable.
