How do we/do we need to jog memories about state vs. federal cases?

Currently the form asks about state cases and about federal cases. That's because we've been told people can forget about federal cases when they're asked about their cases in the US. It doesn't elaborate or give examples, though.

Is that enough? Is more needed? If so, what? Should we add add help text? “For example, this could be a case in a state court, district court, juvenile court, or federal court, BUT NOT family court or traffic court.” (A/B testing?)
