More front-end cleanup

Here are a list of files that are not being used or have become obsolute from previous versions.

/filters
all - Since we are no longer dealing with filtering data it's not needed

/services
bonston311.factory.js - We no longer query 311 from the front end
firebase.factory.js - We no longer use firebase
geofire.factory.js - We no longer use geofire
geoformat.factory.js - Since all geocoords are comming from back-end we don't need to convert them anymore
query.factory.js - Since the backend handles all of the db queries it's no longer needed
utilites.factory.js - Since we don't really use icons for map markers we don't need a util for it
