design method for signing up for ancillary services

As a new user, when I want to join the brigade, I should be provided with a streamlined approach for joining the many services that are related to Code for Boston, so that I can get involved as deeply and as quickly as I'd like.

The problem here is that there are a LOT of services (where "a lot" is defined as more than a few: CfA Brigade, meetup, mailing list, hackpad, google groups, twitter, etc), and signing up for all of them individually and separately can be very daunting.

One thought (and I'm not sure if or to what degree this is possible) would be to use OAuth to link to services, and then to sign up for those services via just checking off the boxes I'd like to join.
