Description
This extension wasn't working on my GitHub account. It took a me a while to realize I needed to login again to Codecov.
For context, my org (github.com/segmentio) requires SSO to access our repositories and we need to reauthenticate every 24 hours.

Research direction
The issue names no file, test, or entry point. Start by locating the extension's Codecov authentication and session-handling logic, then determine how expired SSO access is surfaced; done means users are clearly told to reauthenticate when access fails.
