They have the same comment config!
Why does one hide all the details I want to see under a "Additional details and impacted files" section? I've tried so many times to stop it doing this...
Expected behavior
Comments to render in the same manner when the config is the same...
Regression
It is a regression from a few years ago, and I've repeatedly tried to revert it since...
