Codecov report upload and pull request comment takes a while or gets stuck (again)

Describe the bug
A commit was pushed to an already open pull request with a Codecov report and comment on it. It took 3 runs of trying to upload the Codecov report and 8 minutes after the last try for the Codecov report to be posted and the comment on the pull request to be updated.

The Codecov report for that SHA was uploaded 3 times at 7pm, 7:21pm, and 7:37pm.

And the report finally posted and was updated on the pull request at 7:46pm.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

I do not have any clear steps for reproducing this as it happens only every so often.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

The Codecov comment on the pull request should be updated within a minute of uploading. Normally it only takes a handful of seconds.
