Description

_**Description**_
The quick submit plugin allows to bypass the regular submission and review stages.
A submission with the [pkp/quickSubmit](https://github.com/pkp/quickSubmit) plugin should still include the option to deposit/enter CODECHECK metadata.

This can be used to run a shadow journal to get CODECHECKs from outside of journals into the codecheckers profiles on ORCID, see #16.

- Unlisted “hidden” journal to deposit checks on ORCID even for “regular” checks
- One-time registration by CODECHECKER
- Semi-automated workflow based on “codecheck.yml article type”
- Fully automated workflow triggered by new check in the register, which creates a new submission in the journal?

_**Tasks**_
General:
- [ ] get acquainted with the [pkp/quickSubmit](https://github.com/pkp/quickSubmit) plugin
- [ ] can be used to run a shadow journal (see https://github.com/codecheckers/check-pub/issues/34) to get CODECHECKs from outside of journals into the codecheckers profiles on ORCID, see #16

Submission with the [pkp/quickSubmit](https://github.com/pkp/quickSubmit) plugin should still include:
- [ ] the option to deposit CODECHECK metadata
- [ ] the option to enter CODECHECK metadata

**User story:**

- _As an (CODECHECK) editor, I want to be able to ensure recognition for a CODECHECK, no matter if conducted within OJS or outside, so that I can provide the same benefits to all codecheckers._
