FTP permissions are changed

# Expected behaviour

When saving a file by FTP that the permissions remain unchanged.

# Actual behaviour

It appears that the permissions are reset every save.

# Reproduction

1. Mount an FTP share using GVFS.
2. Create a new file there.
3. Change the permissions of the file.
4. Edit the file with Geany and save to the FTP share.
5. Check whether the permissions were changed.

# Prior Troubleshooting

Also tested using CurlFtpFs FUSE filesystem and the same thing occurs.

* **Geany version:** Geany 1.34
* **GTK+/GLib version:** GTK 2.24.32, GLib 2.58.1
* **Platform/OS version:** Somebuntu 18.10
* **Desktop GUI environment:** N/A
* **Installation method/source:** From distribution package manager

This isn't a real issue, I'm only filling in space to see what the resulting test issue looks like.
