Description
Task:
1. make voting from the dashboard and from the proposal details update the check/X marks on the dashboard list
2. Fix: clicking vote yes or vote no on the dashboard results in all proposals on the dashboard having that vote button highlighted; instead, when you render each proposal preview in the dashboard, it'll make a request to express to see what your vote is for this proposal (may require building a new express endpoint)
