Description
Description of the issue 📄
Currently, we ask attendees if they do not want to be included in pictures, but if this preference is already known from their profiles this can help us as organizers be informed of who to exclude from pictures.
When someone is signing up for codebar ask them their photo preference, and then show it on the persons profile.

No files or tests are named. Start by locating the attendee signup flow and the person profile implementation in the Rails application, then trace how attendee preferences are stored and displayed. Done means a photo preference can be collected during signup and is visible on the attendee's profile.
