Description
Description of the issue 📄
Currently, for our "Events" we can only have 1 day, there have been several situations lately where we've had multiple day events but can't do this with this event type so it needs updating.

Research direction
The issue does not name any files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the Event implementation and its date handling, then determine the existing event flow and tests before defining support for events spanning multiple days; done means an Event can represent and display a multi-day duration without breaking one-day events.
