Third party donation platforms integrations - international

Website Factory features Eu plătesc, Netopia, and Paypal. Outside Romania, only PayPal is relevant. Could the deployment of the solution not include Eu plătesc and Netopia outside Romania? Or maybe group them under an RO label, as different countries might need different integrations, and we might end up integrating donation platforms from multiple countries.

Also, PayPal is not featured in the donations tab, making it confusing for people.
