Description
Currently, languages are sorted by descending by the last edit in one of the `Code`/`Name`/`Activation toggle` fields.
It would be helpful to give admins the ability to sort languages.
It may be great if these could be dragged and dropped like a block of content is moved in a page.
Relates to #495 - which is using the same feature
