Increase required size of host file ID

The host signup form requires uploading an image with a ID that has a 1MB constraint. This is quite low - most pictures would need to be edited in order to comply (the initial picture I made had 2.4 MB).

Can this limit be increased to something like a 3 MB? Thinking most people will run into this and not know what to do.

Start at the host signup form and locate the image-size validation that enforces the current 1 MB constraint. Increase the permitted size to about 3 MB, then verify that a typical 2.4 MB ID image can be uploaded successfully.
