Add working links in template creation page:
- [ ] Implement redirect functionality on "Vezi profilul organizatiei" button from Template creation form.
- [ ] Afla mai multe (requires info from Code4)
- [ ] Trimite feedback-ul tau (requires info from Code4)
Redirect path - NGO Hub, "Date Generale" tab from "Organizatia mea" page.
