[NGO profile] In the organization profile, an user has no way to view all open public events belonging to the organization, and can only see the first two ones

**Description**

On the mobile app, when an user accesses "Profil organizație" and scrolls to the "Evenimente deschise" section, they have no way to view all open public events belonging to the organization (if it has more than two) - only the first two events appear on the main page, and there is no "Vezi toate evenimentele"-type button.

**Test environment**

On Mobile, using the Android staging app

**Preconditions**

The user has an account on the Vic mobile platform, and is logged in.
The organization has three or more open public events.

**Steps of Reproduction**

1. Log into the mobile application.
2. Search for an organization, and access its profile.
3. In the "Profil organizație" window, scroll to the "Evenimente deschise" section.

**Expected Result**

The first two events appear on the main page, and the user has can click on a "Vezi toate evenimentele"-type button to see all open public events.

**Actual Result**

The user can only see the first two open events, even if the organization has three or more open. No "Vezi toate evenimentele"-type button exists.
