[Activity log] AdminONG user couldn't edit an activity log

### Description
As an AdminONG user, I tried to edit an activity log for one of my volunteer, but couldn't save the changes ("Unknown error").

Have an activity log from a volunteer, pending approval.

AdminONG user should be able to edit an activity log from their volunteers.

### Actual Result
"Unknown error" when trying to save changes.
