Implement cursor based pagination

We want to support cursor based pagination for Lessons. We already receive the parameters and pass them through all the way to the repository.

Start by tracing the Lessons request flow from the existing pagination parameters through the repository. Confirm how the repository currently retrieves Lessons and define done as returning results with cursor-based pagination consistently through the API.
