[General] adapt the size of partners' logos section from the main menu according to design

Improve usability of navigation in condensed mode, by adjusting both the full width as well as condensed versions as follows:

- Background color to be changed to white (FFFFFF)
- To include horizontal separators between sections (all modes), so they support better information grouping for condensed mode
- Keep first 3 letters (then truncate) for the tenant location name in condensed mode (and the dropdown, when activated) should display the full names so that users know what tenant they are selecting
- Remove section _o solutie realizata de_ in condensed mode
