Manage inactive organizations, so that it is no longer possible to redirect toward them

For inactive organizations/ organizations that haven't logged into the account for a long time, a procedure needs to be established to manage them/ disactivate their forms/ etc.

- daca nu avem update de la organizatie atunci afisam o banda in profilul organizatiei
