Scroll Bar Overflow On Expenses Modal

Description

The scrollbar displayed on the Expenses modal from "Informații financiare" tab overflows outside of the table.

The browser window size must be set to 600x500 and bellow for the scrollbar to be displayed.
The bug can be reproduced in view and edit mode.
