Tab Dropdown Gets Stuck Because of Content Overflow

**Preconditions:**
The user must be logged in on "Informații legale" tab.

**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. Resize the browser window until overflow like 660x520
2. Scroll to the right
3. Open the tab dropdown menu
4. Select a tab

**Expected Results:**
4. The dropdown is closed and the selected tab is displayed.

**Actual Results:**
4. The dropdown is frozen and the selected tab is displayed.
