'Invitatii Trimise' Tab Ignores Email Search

**Preconditions**:
User must be logged in as NGO Admin
The NGO must have sent at least a few invitations

**Steps of Reproduction**:
1. Navigate to the 'Utilizatori' page
2. Select the 'Invitatii trimise' tab
3. Enter an existing email in the search bar.

**Expected Result**:
3. The search returns the entered email address.

**Actual Result**:
3. The search returns no results

**Notes**:
- In the 'Utilizatori' tab the search functionality return users based on their emails.
