[Duplicate] Contact Person Details are Not Unique When Editing NGO General Data

**As is:**
Admin can edit the email and phone number from "Persoana de contact in relatia cu NGO Hub" from "Date generale" tab using existing data in DB.

**As it should be:**
Admin should **not** be able to edit the the email and phone number from "Persoana de contact in relatia cu NGO Hub" from "Date generale" tab using existing data in DB.
