**Preconditions**:
Users must be logged in as a Super-Admin to access the 'Aplicatiile mele' tab for an NGO
**Notes**:
- the tab name should be changed to "Aplicatiile Organizatiei"
- tab column name should be changed to "Data Solicitarii"
