Incorrect Toast Message Displayed When Adding Simple Login App

**Preconditions**:
At least one app of simple login must exist

**Steps of Reproduction**:
1. Login using the NGO Admin credentials
2. Navigate to "Toate aplicatiile" page
3. Select the _simple login_ app
4. Click on "Adauga aplicatie" button

**Expected Result**:
4. A toast message should be displayed with the text: "Aplicatia a fost adaugata"

**Actual Result**:
4. A toast message is displayed with the text: "Solicitare trimisa cu succes"
