Description
**Notes**:
- As Super-Admin, access the "Vedere de ansamblu" tab from a restricted NGO -> the 'Organizație activă în NGO Hub din' card suggests that the NGO is still active, even though it is not.
**Suggestions**:
- to add a new card once a NGO got restricted: "Organizație restrictionata în NGO Hub la"
