[Practice for good / Manage programs] The page where an user is managing programs does not have breadcrumbs and a back button

### **Context**

After clicking on "Manage programs" the user is taken to a page called "My programs" without having a back button and/or breadcrumbs.

### **Easy fix**

Add a back button to the header, near the title, similar to the one on the other screens.

### **Fix for improved experience**

Given the fact that according to the arhitecture the path to get to this page is longer than others (my applications > see "practice for good" > "manage my programs"), I suggest adding breadcrumbs instead of a back button.
