[Filters] Calendar filter icon position changes as the window's size is modified

**Preconditions:**
The user must be logged in as "Super-Admin" on the "ONG-uri" page;
The browser window must be set to width 1400.

**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. Press on the "Filtre" button
2. Resize the browser window from 1400 width to 1710 width

**Expected Results:**
2. The calendar icon from the "Perioada de inregistrare" filter maintains its position according to filter boundaries.

**Actual Results:**
2. The calendar icon is displayed outside the filter boundaries.
