[NGO Profile] Informatii financiare: The forms for reports should stay open when clicking outside

**Description**
The forms for reports should stay open when clicking outside for an NGO in "Informatii financiare" section. The forms already have x button and "Anuleaza modificari" button to close them.

**Preconditions**
Need to log in as SuperAdmin

**Steps**
1. Go to https://app-staging.onghub.ro/organizations/31/financial
2. Click on three dots menu for "Raportare venituri 2022" report (Raportare section)
3. Click on "Editeaza" button
4. Click outside of the form
5. Click on three dots menu for "Raportare venituri 2022" (Raportare section)
6. Click on "Vizualizeaza" button
7. Click outside of the form
8. Repeat steps 2-7 for "Raportare cheltuieli 2022" report
