Description

In the research we have done on Inclusion for the LGBTQIA+ community we have identified a number of solutions that could help the community feel safer and gain more allies. One of these solutions is NoHate.

Description: No Hate is a web application dedicated to reporting cases of hate speech, hate crimes, or other abuses against members of the LGBTQIA+ community. The app allows safe messaging to increase reporting of these incidents and to be able to anonymously collect data on the actual number of abuses committed. Accounts can be created in the platform for all institutions that have an active role in combating discrimination (example: CNCD) as well as in ensuring the protection of all citizens (such as the Romanian Police) or for organizations in the sector that fight to respect the rights of community members.

Starting from this description and other information you can find in the dedicated report [that is available here](https://d31wjq819xkxeg.cloudfront.net/Code-for-Romania---Raport-Incluziune-pentru-persoanele-LGBTQ-_compressed.pdf) create a proof of concept of what this solution would look like.

Steps to take:
- Create your own figma file and please share it with infrastructure@code4.ro
- Remember we use [Tailwind](https://tailwindui.com/) and [Filament](https://filamentphp.com/) quite a lot. Due to limited resources we prefer to work with libraries that help us implement fast

**To remember:**
- you can either work with simple wireframes or use a free/open-source component library
- we just need a few screens with some dev notes that would indicate behavior or UI elements (see an [example here](https://www.figma.com/file/AcdMESy1oXqkNqjy82a3CD/Centru-Civic-2.0?type=design&node-id=301%3A2&mode=design&t=dhhtj5PnNpI5fV14-1))
- focus on happy flows and the main journey you imagine for the user in the app
- an IA diagram, some user flows, one screen, three screens, 100 screens, we welcome any contribution
