(Resurse) Adjust filter options for Tip resursă

In the Resurse page, the filter categories for Tip de resursă should be:

- Ghiduri și prezentări
- Documente
- Materiale video
- Printabile
- Materiale Online/ Social-media

(this applies also to the admin, when adding a resource and choosing the category)

Inspect the Resurse page filter and the admin resource-category entry point. Update the Tip de resursă options in both places to match the five categories listed in the issue, then verify that filtering and resource creation show the same choices.
