(Homepage + Resurse) Adjust Resurse cards

For the Resurse cards both on the Homepage and in Resurse:
- Adjust the cards, so they display a larger amount of text and match the bellow design (add language tag, a larger description, different icon colors depending on resource type):


Additionally on the Homepage, in the Resurse recomandate section:
- Allow displaying a maximum of 6 resources there. Also show this amount of resources in the staging.

Locate the Resurse card implementations used on both the Homepage and Resurse pages, then compare them with the linked design. Verify the Homepage's Resurse recomandate section in staging; done means cards show the language tag, longer descriptions, resource-type icon colors, and no more than six recommended resources.
