Description
Add a Contact page. The page should have a separate element in the nav bar + hyperlinks where needed.
The content of the Contact page can be see in the [Figma make design](https://error-bold-79228638.figma.site/contact), include it as is + also add a card for Code, including a short description, the website and the contact email.
