Description
- All global buttons styles should go in `ckanext/dataportaltheme/fanstatic/dataportaltheme.css`
- Add styling for all types of buttons
- Style links and icon links according to the design
- Please use suggestive class names that are easily reused (e.g. "btn-primary", "btn-transparent", "btn-icon" etc.)
