Data visualization: Implement layout for datasets detail page

Data visualization page has 2 columns:

- the main section, containing the **visualization types (Grafic, Tabelar & Harta) switcher, the visualization itself and the additional information tables**.
- the secondary section containing **download button**, **search and filter the data**, data sharing section and similar data sets section

Notes:
- data sharing and similar data sets are not part of this ticket's scope
- the tabs design should be global and reusable, since it's used on multiple pages (i.e. data standards)
