Forgot password with actual ID throws error message

**Expected behavior**: the password reset process should be started. The user should receive an e-mail with a password reset link.
**Actual behavior**: error message stating:
Could not send reset link: SMTP server could not be connected to: "localhost" [Errno 111] Connection refused
**Issue**: not able to recover/reset password.

Start by reproducing the forgot-password flow for an existing ID and trace where the reset email attempt reports the localhost SMTP connection failure. Confirm whether the fix belongs in the reset flow or its email configuration, then verify that a reset link is sent successfully instead of the connection error.
