Description
Find civic apps from Romania to be added to the [centru civic platform](http://www.centrucivic.ro/#/home).
Add apps to platform by filling in the form on the site (they will later be approved by an admin) or add a comment here on the issue with the new apps suggestions.

We are looking for both active and non active (not in use anymore or not maintained) apps.
