Description
**Describe the bug**
When a location is set for a service, the card displays only the city and not the county. As there are several cities with same name in different counties, it is necessary to display the county.
**To Reproduce**
1. Go to List of services page on the public portal (current staging)
2. See a service that has a location set
**Expected behavior**
Card should display (Pin icon) City, County
