Create wealth tab of profile page

As a user of the Catalog Politic form, I want to be able to insert the wealth information for a profile.
The wealth tab (Avere) will be populated with information structured as in the profile.json file, wealth structure.

Start by inspecting the profile page implementation and the wealth structure in profile.json. Trace how existing profile information is entered, then determine how the Avere wealth data should be represented in the new tab. Done means users can enter wealth information for a profile in the requested structure.
