[AMC/ Beneficiari/ Interventii] to design a solution for what happens with the services from a MDC intervention after they close the MDC

The services that have 'Planificat' status should not remain like this after the user closes the MDC intervention. The user should be noticed that they need to change the status of these services either in Realizat or Nerealizat depending on the case.

Also when the date of a planned service passes, the user should be somehow noted to change the status of the service.
