[AMC/Beneficiari/Gospodării] display in dropdown of 'Beneficiari' field if a beneficiary belongs to another family

When you add the members of a family by choosing values from 'Beneficiari' field, it should show you if a beneficiary is already a member of another family and give you the possibility of moving that beneficiary from that family to the current one.
**The system must not allow users to put the same beneficiary in multiple families.**
